Located just outside Little Rock, the community of South End has access to all the attractions of the area. It is less than a mile from Interstate Park, just over a mile to the State Fairgrounds, and just 2 miles from downtown.

One of the unique features of the area of South End is that over half the community rents. Given an opportunity, this presents the great opportunity to build your first rental home in an area that is looking for rental properties.

Of course, being in an established community, the property has access to city water/sewer, waste, electric, and gas, making getting a new home simpler to set up. If now is the time for you to step in and build a home to rent (or just for yourself) reach out to me, David, at dispositions@actionlandcompany.com.

Pinnacle Mountain State Park

Just west of Arkansas’s capital city of Little Rock, Pinnacle Mountain stands as the centerpiece of this geographically diverse state park. This day-use park offers a variety of outdoor adventures on the Big and Little Maumelle Rivers, in the Arkansas Arboretum, and along over 22 miles of trails including over 14 miles of challenging mountain bike trails. Hike to the top, explore the rivers or take in one of the many interpretive programs offered by park staff.

Little Rock Zoo

The Little Rock Zoo has long been one of Arkansas's great treasures. It all began modestly in 1926, with just two animals — an abandoned timber wolf and a circus-trained brown bear. Today, the Zoo has grown to include more than 500 animals representing 200+ species, many on the endangered list. With new animal exhibits on the way, special events, and educational programs, the Zoo provides an ever-changing recreational experience. The Little Rock Zoo itself has become one of the state's greatest educational and conservation resources.

Let us help you find your perfect property.

  • After clicking on “Reserve Now” you can easily pay for the document fees to process, and file the purchase along with the deposit initial deposit. After payment is made we set up agreement to pay rest or the deed is filed if paid off in your name and county registers and mails you the new Deed.

  • If your property has annual taxes associated with it. They will be clearly posted in the agreements and all paperwork all fees and taxes and payment structures.

  • No. Thankfully not, as Realtor’s are people who represent others in a transaction for real estate. I represent myself. So there is no need. And Bonus… less closing cost.

  • The properties are not being used. Yes the properties are at a HUGE discount, but we focus on areas that have amazing development opportunities as well as places where you can call home one day.

  • Of course we can help you find what your looking for. That is a very common question, and also why we included our information on the “Contact” page. Please tell us how we can help and we can give you additional information as well. We would love to walk you through the process of buying your first piece of land. Give us a call!

  • Doing business since 2016 and having properties in 8 states we are extremely proud of how many people we have helped. We use all official documents, and we follow strict guidelines to make sure your first property is transferred to your ownership the same way you would when you buy a car or home… except cheaper.
